1. About us

supermarket.dog is an online store selling dog products to customers in the United Kingdom. Contact: jsondkn@gmail.com.

2. Orders

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming receipt. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, where a product is unavailable or mispriced); if payment has been taken, it will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of ordering via the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery is to UK addresses only. See our Shipping Policy for rates and timescales. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, but if delivery is delayed significantly we will keep you informed and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Your right to cancel (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, and return them for a full refund (including standard delivery costs). Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. To cancel, email jsondkn@gmail.com. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back. This right does not apply to perishable goods or sealed items that have been unsealed where return would be unsuitable for hygiene reasons.

6. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a product is faulty you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. Contact us and we will cover return postage for faulty items.

7. Product information

We take care to describe products accurately, but images are illustrative and minor variations may occur. Supplements and health products are not a substitute for veterinary advice - always consult your vet if you have concerns about your dog's health.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses.

9. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Your statutory rights are not affected.
