Every product has a 60-day guarantee.
If it does not work for you and your dog, we refund you in full.
How it works
- Email us or message us on WhatsApp within 60 days of delivery.
- Tell us what did not work. One sentence is fine.
- We refund you within 3 working days.
You usually do not need to send anything back. If we do need it back, we pay the postage.
What we will never do
- No restocking fees.
- No forms.
- No asking twice.
This promise is part of your contract with us. It does not affect your legal rights, which are set out in our refund policy.
