Shipping policy

Delivery

We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only.

Rates

Standard UK delivery: £2.95 per order.

Timescales

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery typically takes 5–12 working days from dispatch, as some items are shipped directly from our supplier warehouses. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Delays

Occasionally deliveries take longer than estimated (customs, courier delays, peak periods). If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, contact us at jsondkn@gmail.com and we will investigate and put it right.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
